Our commitment to quality and academic integrity: Norwegian Aesthetics Academy is committed to providing courses of the highest quality in aesthetic medicine. We put professional integrity and patient safety at the centre of everything we do, and our courses are developed with care and precision to ensure that our participants are well prepared to practice in a safe and efficient way.
Transparency: We believe that being transparent is essential to build trust with the be students. This is why we are open and honest about all one can expect of our course content, teaching methods and expectations to the students. We want to create a learning environment that encourages dialogue, collaboration and knowledge-sharing, in which students feel confident and fully informed throughout the entire training process.
Promote expertise, supported through science: Our mission is to promote the expertise and science is the field of aesthetic medicine. We offer courses that are based on the latest research and practices in the industry, and we put emphasis on continuous learning and professional development.
Student well-being first: Norwegian Aesthetics Academy puts student well-being and educational experience first. We are dedicated to providing our participants with a positive and rewarding opportunity, and we offer support and guidance through the entire process, from before the course starts, when the course is in progress and after the end of the course.
Collegiality and respect: We place emphasis on creating an environment characterized by kollegialitet, respect, and cooperation. We value the diversity of perspectives and experiences among our participants, and to encourage open dialogue and mutual learning.
Knowledge sharing and collaboration: We believe in the power of sharing knowledge and collaborating with others. Through collaboration with bransjekolleger and professionals, we can achieve more together than we can alone, and we encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across our courses.
Accountability and integrity: We take responsibility for the quality of our courses and are committed to acting with integrity and honesty towards our students at any time. We believe in providing courses of the highest standard and to maintain a learning environment that is safe, inclusive and respectful.
Quality before quantity: We arrange small courses with a maximum of 5 participants for joining us, we have a focus on quantity to indentifisere your uncertainties and weak areas. In large measure is the quantity deficient in the general courses that are offered in the market.
Safety: We only use products with the highest possible safety profile in order to minimize the risk of complications to the greatest extent possible as well as give you the tools to be able to handle any complications should they occur.
Job shadowing: We offer the opportunity for job shadowing with us so that you will feel safe to be able to practice in their own business.
